In starting and running my own business I had the opportunity to design a lot of branding images for my shop. In doing so I went through several brand board ideas and designs until I found one that resonated with my cliental and presented the message I wanted to convey.
Ultimately I wanted moms to feel like they could be creative and have fun while using my products. to get this message across I chose fun fonts and bright colors. The paint stroke and hand drawn elements help bring in the creative feel to the brand.
My website was where I housed blog posts and tutorials for my clients. It helped them get to know me and my purpose behind the shop. I also had a freebie library that they could subscribe to my email list and receive a password to. This library hosted various freebies I offered from mini planners to stickers and more.
In each design I kept the playful feel as well as balanced the colors and fonts to create a cohesive look between everything.
I designed my website using ShowIt, but I have previously designed in Wix and Elementor as well.
While my website hosted my blog and freebie library, my shop was hosted on Etsy. However, I still wanted my branding to carry over so clients felt like they were all cohesive.
I designed a banner for my shop, listing photos, and packaging (a PDF with links to download their digital files).
While my social media presence wasn't really strong, I did have one. I designed templates for Instagram posts, carousels, stories, and reels as well as graphics for Pinterest, YouTube and videos for TikTok.
